Hey Atilla, I was going to just send an email, but, decided to show you this here..

I came up with a seed prompt, just by asking for a seed prompt. lol That will be below..

I think it should be important for a user to be able save and load there own prompts, in addition to what ever you have set up. I am not talking about the seed prompt, but the stuff after that..

Anyways, I entered this into MiAi:
"Create a prompt that I can use to generate midi music. Include music theory and the ability to generate multiple melodies for harmony. Include rhythms as well."

And this is what I got back..

"Title: "Harmonious Melody and Rhythm Composition"

Objective: Generate a MIDI music file that contains a primary melody and at least one harmonizing melody, both complemented by diverse rhythms. The composition should reflect a coherent structure in music theory, including chord progressions, key signatures, and time signatures.

Instructions for AI Music Generator:

1. Key Signature and Scale: Start by selecting a key signature for the composition. Let's use C Major for a bright and clear tonality. Ensure that all generated melodies adhere to the notes within the C Major scale (C, D, E, F, G, A, B).

2. Time Signature and Tempo: Choose a time signature to set the rhythmic structure of the piece. Let's go with 4/4 time for its commonality and versatility. Set a moderate tempo of 120 BPM (beats per minute) for a steady pace.

3. Chord Progressions: Craft a series of chord progressions that will underpin the melodies. For this composition, use a standard I-IV-V-I progression (C, F, G, C) for simplicity and familiarity. These chords should be played by a harmonic instrument like a piano or guitar in the MIDI.

4. Primary Melody: Create a primary melody that is catchy and memorable. It should be 16 bars long and make use of both stepwise motion and leaps within the C Major scale. Incorporate various note lengths for interest, from quarter notes to eighth and sixteenth notes, and use rests strategically for rhythmic variation.

5. Harmonizing Melody: Generate a secondary melody that complements the primary one. This harmonizing melody should also be 16 bars long and can either run concurrently with the primary melody or be introduced afterward. It should follow the same chord progression but explore different intervals, such as thirds or sixths above or below the primary melody notes.

6. Rhythmic Variation: Introduce different rhythmic patterns for each melody. For the primary melody, use a combination of syncopation and straight rhythms. For the harmonizing melody, consider using a counter-rhythm that plays against the primary melody's rhythm to create interest.

7. Instrumentation: Assign different MIDI instruments to each melody to provide texture. For example, use a flute or a violin for the primary melody and a clarinet or an oboe for the harmonizing melody. Ensure that the timbres complement each other.

8. Dynamics and Articulation: Program dynamics (variations in loudness) and articulation (such as staccato or legato) to convey emotion and add expression to the melodies.

9. Percussion and Bass: Add a percussion track to establish the beat and drive the rhythm forward. Include a bassline that supports the chord progression and adds depth to the composition.

10. Structure: Arrange the composition to have an introduction, verse, chorus, and an outro. The introduction can start with the chord progression and percussion, the verse can introduce the primary melody, the chorus can layer in the harmonizing melody, and the outro can taper off the energy, possibly ending on a resolved C Major chord.

Once these instructions are set, the AI music generator should be able to create a MIDI file that fulfills the criteria for a harmonious and rhythmically diverse composition. The resulting MIDI file can then be imported into a digital audio workstation (DAW) for further editing, mixing, and mastering. "

Of course, this one example is using one scale, but, aside from that, should be another starting point to try..
