I know it's supposed to be an imaginary vintage synth, but I always think about whether I need an instrument or if it's sonic territory is unique.Then, what's the problem - turn on your tv : aren't we in 1984, after all ?I tried the demo this morning. While it is really cool for something that could theoretically exist in the 1980s, it's not too impressive or unique soundwise. I can do those kinds of sounds in Warlock, Nemesis, Icarus, Opsix, and Bitwig's Grid.

Yes, you can reach different kind of sound flavors. After all, with a Minimoog you can get "similar" results as with a Prophet 5. But they're not *the same*.
RawPrime aims not to replace any FM synth or other synth from your arsenal - it is an original, complementary synthesis system which sound design requires a completely different approach. You can also replicate Moog-ish bass lines or similar :
