Soft synths absolutely have a noise floor.
Any system which output in PCM have a theoretical and measurable signal to noise ratio and therefor have a noise floor even if you are in 96khz/24b.

This noise floor being low enough to ignore is another story.

Ah, the crispy sound of aliasing? Not really like this hiss of a recorded amp, or the room hum from a mic.

I have a couple of plug ins that do emit a noise floor, can be quite a pain at times... Both that spring to mind are delays...
