Clicking is almost always caused by too fast an attack with certain phase positions or randomisation, a less than optimal attack curve, too short a release or a filter envelope release which is shorter than amp env release, or a too steep a release curve.
Ime, setting release in Serum to around 5-15ms should solve most problems, but do not forget the curve shape.
