But if you like to twist/distort/fantasize/etc. people's intent/words, then I can see how you might talk about it that way, like you seem to be doing here with me.
"I am not doing anything of the sort"
Ya, you are:
2.)For some reason you are arguing that this is a dream synth and want people to buy it...

...and lecturing people over why they should buy it for 80...

...I don't think I have ever seen someone so invested in something...
If there's any 'investment' on my part, it's allowing myself to get hoodwinked into pointless arguments by those who seem to like to pointlessly argue and imagine things.

If you don't like the company or the product, fine. Don't bother with it. Simple.

You're not everyone, fortunately. Even if you might imagine otherwise.
1.)They gladly took people's money two years ago and never delivered the promised product and now say they will never deliver them and won't issue refunds
It's called risk, it's life and biz and sometimes it doesn't pan out and people lose.

But maybe the risks are fair and honest and worth it for all, despite any losses.... and losses that people are ideally honest about-- like 'no money left for refunds'...

Unlike spinning some of that kind of dynamic disingenuously, like 'they're deliberately out to screw us'.

A kind of refund, incidentally, is an opening of the code.

Questionable words that somehow help to kill a project and keep it closed ironically seem to go against that.
