If anyone has a better way or can point out any mistakes please do.
In case anyone runs into this problem, you can use Patcher to load the VST3 MXXX plugin. Be sure to set the MXXX MIDI Imput Port in Patcher to 0. I missed this detail in the video below when watching on my phone and only caught it when re-watching on a big screen. In my testing of the stereo out versions, only VST3 MXXX has a MIDI event input. VST3 MXXX1, VST2 MXXX and MXXX1 do do not so this method did not work with them.

It looks like the problem might be that FL Studio puts MXXX in the Effect category instead of both Effect and Generator(Synth).
Would it fix the problem if there was an option to install MXXXsyn, MXXX1syn, MXXX6in6outsyn and MXXX6outsyn versions that were classified as Synth? I just added "syn" to the names to help the user figure out which is which. I know that simply adding "syn" to the name will not change its functionality.
