Not seen this behaviour with any of the plugins you mentioned (UVI Relayer (vst3), Dawesome Myth (vst3) and Audiomodern Freezr).

I found i had problems with other plugins behaving as you mentioned and then i added all of BW's core engine to my antivirus exceptions list. this included:
C:\Program Files\Bitwig Studio\Bitwig Studio.exe
C:\Program Files\Bitwig Studio\bin\BitwigAudioEngine-X64-AVX2.exe
C:\Program Files\Bitwig Studio\bin\BitwigAudioEngine-X64-SSE41.exe
C:\Program Files\Bitwig Studio\bin\BitwigPluginHost-X64-SSE41.exe
C:\Program Files\Bitwig Studio\bin\BitwigPluginHost-X86-SSE41.exe
C:\Program Files\Bitwig Studio\bin\BitwigVampHost.exe
C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Bitwig Studio
C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Bitwig Studio\installed-packages
And your Bitwig Project folder.

If you are using windows 10 Security, add the first 6 as processes and the last 3 as folders.

I personally haven't see a plugin crash since doing this. Check your taskmanager when launching BW and see if your antivirus is doing the rounds.
