I had a Matrix 6r and two Matrix 1000, but sold them when I got the Matrix 12 V2 (and since then, I've picked up Obsession, OBX, and a few others.) When I bought the original Matrix 6r, I was told it was designed to be a cheaper, but not as warm way to get Matrix 12 sound (due to the DCOs.) As I didn't have a ton of money, I picked it up and then the two Matrix 1000 racks later. All of which is a round-about way of saying that an emulation of a Matrix 6 or 1000 probably isn't likely to happen because of its original niche: a cheaper Matrix 12.Does anyone know if there is a software version or can recommend something similar or close to the Oberheim Matrix 6/1000?
