Once you wrap your head around midiconverter3 it is really simple to use, just load the plugin before your synth, and make sure to set the bottom control 'Thru' to Thru All.
Once setup you can also control the High/Low Output, I use it mostly the other way around! To use aftertouch on my keyboard converted to a midi CC.
