Really tough call for me, i don't like cocaine, i don't like being around people on cocaine, and i don't like what it does to many people. Conversely, i don't like "authorities" either. So, wouldn't use it, wouldn't give it away, wouldn't sell it, wouldn't give it to "the authorities." What to do? Start doing surgery in my kitchen and use it as a local anesthetic? Nah.
It's not a new phenomena, when i visited coastal FL in 1981, my friends took me to a young dealers' house to get a bag o weed. He walked the beaches nightly with a flashlight and often (i think he said more than monthly) found bales of cannabis and cocaine. I think it was more common back then because the Colombian cartels (and freelancers) were moving their shipments mostly by boat or plane up through the Caribbean. Now, of course, we know that all drugs in the US are smuggled in backpacks by immigrants walking over the Southern border /s![:dog:]( "D'oh!")
