Unless Im misunderstanding something, you cant. MUdrum as Im seeing it doesnt send MIDI... It has an Event Input, but no Event Output, so you'd typically be sending it MIDI notes.
Can you explain what you're trying to do, why you cant just use the sequencer or a keyboard or whatever and control the VST directly?
If what you want is the pads of MUdrum sending MIDI, a quick test would indicate you can quite easily make a modified version of MUdrum with the pads wired to an Event Output, and that should do it.
