I don't agree at all with what you say. I bought the 33 synths for only 199 and the editing, effects and automation from Bitwig is phenomenal. There are no crackles or crashes of any kind and the analog sound I get out of arpeggios and simple oscillators is just awesome. I have every synth you can imagine, from UVI's Falcon, to Omnisphere, VPS Avenger, Pigments, Electra, Icarus, Dune, Zebra, etc...and in many of the presets I've been able to program with Syntronk, none come close to the quality of this one. Clearly the oscillators are wave samples, but of superior quality. The 'Drift' option from the edit panel, and the filter envelope are great. The LFO's are of high quality and the effects sit perfectly on the sounds. Logically there are some limitations. The installation of each synth is archaic and I have duplicated many oscillators when re-installing. I now have all 5,000 sounds for fun. Seriously, if you hit the knobs and have any idea how the synthesizers of those years worked, then the Syntronik 2 will give you a lot of satisfaction. The collection has some interesting devices, but I would prefer full editing. I owned for example an Xpander and used its modulation possibilities a lot.
