Like I wrote, the meter sends the daily use once a day, if that is analysed by someone working out the timing schedule for my lights I wouldn't know, but at under 9kw per day I doubt I'll be hoisting many red flags, if any. I reckon they're more into people stealing electricity or if my daily use doubled or trebled.In case you misunderstood, I'm worried about electricity companies detecting the day/night cycle by analyzing power consumption over the course of each day.
So, detect the use of grow lamps, and warn the authorities.
